Welcome to Hawaiian Village...
a Unique Condominium Complex in Ocean City, MD
Hawaiian Village is a unique condominium complex in Ocean City, Maryland. The complex consists of three distinctly different buildings. Located in the quiet north end of the island, Hawaiian Village is perfectly situated to provide an enjoyable vacation experience both in season and throughout the year.
North Ocean City is a family-oriented area. Restaurants, shopping, movies and amusements are located nearby. All three Hawaiian Village buildings are situated on the oceanside of Coastal Highway. The Waikiki building is beachfront, and the ocean can be seen and heard from most units in the Royal Hawaiian and Outrigger buildings.
Modern amenities, a well maintained property, proximity to the ocean, and an active condominium association are among the reasons to own or rent a unit at Hawaiian Village.

| Beach Party 2011 - Rain, but Fun | |
| |
|
|
The 2nd annual End-of-Summer Beach Party was held on September 24, 2011. Due to rain, the event was held in the indoor pool area. Even so, it was very well attended with many residents enjoying the live music and good food (including delicious pizzas from Ponzetti's)!

| What's Happening in Ocean City? | |
Welcome 2012! Ocean City is rather quiet right now. Even so, many restaurants are still open, and there are plenty of events throughout the winter. Check out the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce web site for details.
The movie theaters are open, and there is always an excellent selection showing at the theater on 143nd Street or the theater on 113th Street at Gold Coast Mall. Or try your hand at bowling or indoor miniature golf.
Your place at Hawaiian Village is a perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend even in the middle of winter.
| Notice to Renters: No Pets! | |
We're sorry, but renters are not permitted to bring pets to Hawaiian Village.
Please leave them in the care of family or friends or in a nice kennel.
