For Renters

Welcome to Hawaiian Village. We are very glad that you selected our community as your vacation destination.  Please treat this facility as you would your own home.

If there is any problem in the unit during your visit, e.g. air conditioning not working, you should contact your rental company directly to alert them of the problem.

As a renter, you are not permitted to bring pets to Hawaiian Village.  Please make other arrangements for your pets.  If one is found in your rental unit, you will be evicted.

We would be grateful if you would place your recyclable trash in the large bins that are located near each building.

Please check out the rules and regulations.  These apply to everyone who stays or visits Hawaiian Village.

Here are the rules as well as some other information that you may find helpful during your visit.  Enjoy your vacation!

Building Access

For everyone's safety and security, access to the Royal Hawaiian and Waikiki buildings is controlled by a Marlok key system or the Entry Guard Security System. The Entry Guard Security System requires a four digit access code. You must get this key and/or code from your rental agent.

Visitors: You may permit visitors to enter the building as described in the following example. If your unit is on the first floor of the building and your unit number is 109, then tell your visitor to key in 1109. This will cause the phone in your unit to ring. Answer the phone. Then press 9 on your phone, and the door lock will release so that your visitor may enter. If the floor+unit number code is the same as the current resident door code, then use a 0 instead of the floor number.
